Responsibilities:
• responsible for the transport coordination in Europe and Ukraine;
• cooperate with transport exchanges
• document flow maintenance
• cargo search
• document transportation requests and contracts
• transportation cost calculation
• control at loading and unloading points
• coordinate drivers by phone
• plan the optimal route
• fuel control
• documentation and payment tracking

Requirements:
• experience in escorting own transport in EU countries is required
• fluency in Polish, Ukrainian is a must, spoken English/German is a plus but not required
• experience in a freight forwarding company
• know the geography and roads of Europe
• know and understand the freight market
• live in Warsaw
